Our team is highly qualified in asset & property management. Our goal is to maximize our clients’ return and while maintaining property’s condition for long term investment.

 

Fees:
 

-A management fee equal to10% of the monthly gross receipts.
 

-An "initial rental fee" in the amount of $200.00 for every new tenant placed on the premises by agent.The intial rental fee covers online advertising, showing of unit, screening tenants and move-in/move-out inspections. 
 

-There will be a $25.00 filing fee per G-45 or G-49 return submitted.
 

-A contracting fee of 5% of total costs in excess of $5,000 for such renovations or modernization. The contracting fee covers soliciting three bids from licensed contractors and monitoring progress of the work. Carpet replacement and interior painting are exluded from the contracting fee. 

No renewal fee
